Irfan is a Junior Associate working closely with senior attorneys on the preparation and analysis of legal documentation and providing support in addressing various legal and business matters, while gaining valuable insight into the needs of clients across different industries.

Prior to joining O&K Legal, Irfan gained experience as a legal trainee at a notary office, where he was involved in the preparation and legal processing of contracts and other legal instruments, probate proceedings, and client relations. During his studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, he further developed his practical experience through engagements in the banking and legal sectors, strengthening his skills in legal research and regulatory analysis, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree.

Through a combination of academic knowledge and practical experience, Irfan continues to develop his legal expertise, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, with the aim of providing conscientious and reliable support to clients and the legal team.
